WHO WE ARE

The Canada Music and Arts Network (CMAN) is a registered charity based in British Columbia since April 2016. Our mission is to provide music and arts education to
marginalized and underprivileged children.

We are dedicated to creating a supportive community for these children and their families. At CMAN, we believe in the transformative power of music and arts to positively impact the lives of children.

OUR STORY

HOW IT ALL STARTED

CMAN originated from a group of family friends who regularly gathered to support mission work focused on music education in middle Asia. Through updates from the mission field, the group recognized the profound impact of music education on the lives of children in underprivileged countries.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

In response to the influx of Syrian refugees into Canada around 2015, the fellowship group sought to extend their support to these communities through music and arts education. This commitment led to the official registration of CMAN as a charitable organization in 2016.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

Since its foundation, CMAN has been dedicated to providing music and arts education to marginalized children. This initiative is primarily funded by private donors and community support organizations, enabling us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children.
